does anyone know of a company that makes wheelchair accessible recreational vehicles?
i have a power chair i am able to walk inside the vehicle if i have walls to hang on to or bars in the roof to hold on to and are there rentals of recreational vehicles already adapted for wheelchair users i am just wanting to travel but cerebal palsey makes it difficult to use small spaces and not hurt myself in the process including the fact all the r.v. i have seen have a bathroom i cannot use nore do they have a shower i can use the bed is no big deal but getting clothes on me is going to be more harded in tight spaces if anyone has experience in this and know of a way to get an r.v. adapted i would be so thankfull thanks everyone
Answer: I understand your concerns. In general, the market for wheelchair accessible RV is small enough that most customize an existing RV instead by adding wheelchair lifts and modify existing hardware and entry and showers and such.
