Have you been to the Base Camp Deli & RV Park in Truckee, California?
My family might go here and i was just wondering if anybody has been here and what you thought of it?

Answer: Truckee's a wonderful little town and place to go camping. It has a cute little outlet store, and old train store. You'll have to visit that. Also its very close to Northshore lake Tahoe and roughly 30 min's to get to Boom Town and Reno! Just to warn you the have tons of squirrels, and regretfully they are alittle aggressive.
Oh and as soon as you pass Donner Lake slow down if you're coming from east 80. Its a speed trap right there!! Virtually all of Truckee is! Just to warn you, its really easy to get up and beyond 70 miles/hr while you're driving up and down those hills!
