Good place to park our RV close to the lake at Lake Martinez in Yuma?

Anyone know of a good place/camp ground to park our RV close to the lake at Lake Martinez in Yuma? We went last year in Aug. & hung out on a sand bar all day but this time we want to park our RV close to the water so we can be close to our bathroom & kitchen.

Anyone know if it gets too crowded there Labor Day weekend? Any suggestions?

We're from San Diego.

Answer:
Dry camping in an RV at Martinez Lake is normally $5 per person per night if you can find a spot on Labor Day. I suspect the MLR spots with hook-ups are long reserved for Labor Day. You might have better luck downstream at Hidden Shores. There are some other dry camping possibilities including Picacho State Park and Squaw Lake campgrounds. Walters Camp way upstream is another possibility for RV spots.
