How do I set up a RV park for about 6 campers?
In my area we are in a shortage of rental property with a boom expected in the area of oilfield workers etc. I thought I should try to capitalize some land that I have but not sure how to start. I know I need electricty, water and septic since sewer is not available. Any suggestions?
Answer: here's a suggestion: GET A REALTOR, ASAP! they should be able to tell you where you need to go/who to talk to in order to get started with this project.
you'd have to apply & be approved thru city hall & the planning commission for this project. the land may not even be zoned to do this. check with the appropriate local authorities.
