How can I start a dog area in an RV park?

This is in Port Richey, Florida.
Many people here own mostly small dogs and are tired of walking them in restricted areas. The land surrounding the park may not belong to the park, but could be the perfect area for a dog park.

Answer:
Who owns the land? Are they willing to have dogs poop on it? If not, how much would they need to have that happen? Are you willing take responsibility for getting zoning approved or whatever the local township board requires?

How will you recover the money you put in it? Do you have a gate and charge people as they come in? Do you add a surcharge on the RV park rental for dogs? Who takes care of the liability insurance? What happens if some large dog [maybe a stray] attacks one of those candy@ss little purse dogs and it gets badly hurt? What about humping? Will you be there to regulate it?

Have you thought about that, Bunky?
